JUST A BEGINNING

 Pretty often I wondered about the consequences of our actions on ourselves due to the everlasting debate of climate change. It is obvious that I will generate no new ideas on my own just by sitting in the comfort of my arm chair as many thinkers do. The question of countering climate change require more then that. IT DEMANDS ACTION FROM OUR SIDE ,TO DO SOMETHING ACTIVELY. WHETHER JUST PLANT A TREE OR URGE WORLD LEADERS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SLOW GLOBAL WARMING. 

But in the process of thinking about THE GLARING PROBLEM, I sometimes get lost in the maze of my own mind. Sometimes I'm totally unaware of it. But even if Iwas aware of my mind slipping into the comforts of ancient thinking process , I just can't help myself much . It is sometimes difficult to control your thoughts and you have to give a free rein just to tap the potential of your thoughts, to connect the dots of your past happenings and find a new solution to the current problem. 

So in the process of giving a free rein to my mind , just to know what it can do , I took a day off from my schedule and started listening to my mind....WHAT IT SAID ....

As our forefathers had pretty often proved that the first education a child get is from his/her mother.So what a child will become in life is determined by (obviously there are a number of exceptions, but considering the age of universe , the number of years human took to evolve and the population we will leave the exceptions apart) how his/her mother imparted the early education and what the child internalize in the process of growing up. If the mother is logically educated she will definitely treat her children as if they were the future self of her. But IF the mother is simply educated ,by merely sitting in the class room and if she had mistakenly left her logic in the tiffin box she took or in the stack of tray that she used for her MDM ( as the current trend of girl education shows: majority of girls get admission in humanities stream and if any girl took science stream then she willingly or unwilling dont master that subject) then she will at some point of time let the children learn from their surroundings. In both the cases the child grows and gets accustomed the the way of life that his/her environment leads.

But if the child is orphan, particularly if mother is absent( the rate of orphans skyrocketed during the covid pandemic) then how will he /she get her/his first education and from where. 

As Indians we believe and more than that we live in a joint family. So when the child becomes orphan then he/she has 4 options. First, the father gets married again and the child gets the mother, how will the mother treat the child is for another blog. Second the paternal side of child's family take care of him/her and the child is brought up in the manner that the family wants. Third the maternal side take the child and take care as they want.  These 3 options are pretty obvious fr9m the jointness of our family and whether they are good or not that is for another bolg What our c9ncern here is the fourth option, when the child is left in an orphanage or if the family is a bit wealthy then gets his/her education(whether academic or non academic) from hostels run by educational institutions. 

We know that the genetic structure of the parents gets transmitted to the child . So the child by virtue of birth gets some of behavioral traits of the parents. Also it is a fact that the surroundings have greater impact on child's learning ability. So when a child ,who is brought up in an orphanage , turns out as a highly established personality or some stone hearted criminal who shall be praised ir blamed ?

Similar is the case with human beings. We take birth from our mother nature so we ought to be caring,loving,taking care of environment, broaden our views, do good to our surroundings. And yet our upbringing should also have some effect on our behavioral pattern. We tend to being more selfish, think of our benefit more than that of our fellow beings, dont think twice while destroying nature...just in the name of modernity. In this case whom shall we blame? Is it mothe nature who taught us about survival of fittest while also taking into consideration about the well being of all or the evolutionary history of huma being that taught us just get modern without even thinking twice about the consequences.  

The call is yours . Whether you will live a life as of your family or as of the orphanage is upto you.It is the time to take SOME ACTION.
